It was a surprise when a Texas Grand Jury — investigating possible crimes at Planned Parenthood — returned indictments not for the women’s health organization, but for the activists who made secret videos inside a Planned Parenthood office. Though the activists said they were acting as “undercover journalists,” their behavior was well outside standard journalistic ethics.
